I travel by train and car everyday for work. My job keeps me very busy and I feel like I am always playing catch-up. ReadTheWords.com allows me to stay productive on my daily commute. I create mp3’s of much of my daily reading, news stories, research cases, and newletters. I download my completed files each morning to my ipod, and am able to get a jump start each and every day.

My entire state of mind has improved because I am not always behind on my daily reading. The small fee charged is so nominal compared to the benefits received. The best part is, I don’t even mind traffic, because I am working through it on my commute. ReadTheWords.com is worth its weight in gold.

I recommend this to anyone who has a lot of reading and not enough hrs in the day to complete it.

I’m a law graduate and presently connected with a government institution. While preparing for the gruesome bar exam, I find myself with the dilemma of being too pre-occupied, thus compromising the time I allotted for reading my review materials. Until a friend of my introduced this amazing software product, wherein it can convert text into an audio recording. Now, I just listen to my review materials during my free time in the office. The amount of time I save is incredible. I am also confident that I will pass the bar exam next month.

My son has severe learning disabilities. We use ReadTheWords.com to take articles, web sites and other documents and convert them to mp3 to put on his Nano(mp3 player). He has such a wide and wonderful range of interests. Your service allows him to take information with him everywhere and allows me to provide him with a way to absorb the information in an independent and sustained fashion. ReadTheWords.com is like a pot of gold. It has opened so many doors for my son. The voice choices and the quality of their speech is stellar. With your service, he is able to ask almost any question and once I locate credible information, I can so easily 'give him' the information. There are other ways of course... but this is by leaps and bounds his favorite way to learn new information.

I am a full time college student and father, so time is very valuable to me. ReadTheWords.com is extremely helpful to study notes and literature, during the times of the day I am trying to relax or multitask. I transfer the mp3 files generated to my portable device and listen in repetition. The clarity and quality of the speech generator is the best of any software I have tried. It is the closest thing to having a personal reader. I recommend this to anyone looking to save time and has a lot of reading and studying.

I find ReadTheWords.com to be one of the most useful services on the Internet today. Many LD (learning disabled) students struggle with auditory processing. They tend to test lower on standardized tests due to the fact that the subject matter, test questions, etc, is written down for the student to read. While these students are very capable, they tend to favor auditory processing, versus the more common visual processing. It is important that these students learn how their mind works and modify their learning techniques accordingly. Simple techniques like repeating what you read have worked with my students in the past.

Never before has a service, like ReadTheWords.com been created to cater to these students. Since discovering ReadTheWords.com, we have had 5 students incorporate this service for study of their weekly vocabulary words. We started by making an audio file of the words and definition, and turned it into an mp3 format. The students spent 10 minutes each day on the computer. Each student has averaged a minimum of a full letter grade higher. Two students have received perfect scores for the past 2 weeks.

This service is godsend for many students, especially auditory learners. I cannot even begin to imagine how many people this will help in the future. We just received approval to offer this service to our entire school. (Email webmaster@readthewords.com to get a special deal like we did. Shhhhhh.) I strongly encourage you to share this service with all your students. Many students will gravitate towards this service. Encourage them to use it for their studies. The results and improvement you see from these students will be astonishing.

Thank you ReadTheWords.com team for developing a truly valuable service. I wish you all the luck in the future.

My students and I have been using ReadTheWords.com for a few months now and the results have been tremendous. I have been assisting students to create audio files of study review materials. This greatly helps them decode and analyze the material for comprehension. I have seen a great improvement on test scores from the students that continue to utilize this service. Your service engages children in an interactive and fun way, while educating them on the selected material.

I use your service with my university students who are learning English. We use ReadTheWords to illustrate how words are spoken by native speakers. ReadTheWords brings the text to life, and stimulates my second language learners in a dynamic way. I would recommend this program to all foreign language teachers, students learning a 2nd, 3rd or 4th language.

I am a librarian in a public library, and use ReadTheWords with our patrons. We create links to audio files that read our upcoming events, and we use it to help visually impaired patrons read anything - articles, letters they have received, emails that can be copy/pasted from their email account...the possibilities are endless! On a personal level, I have been using ReadTheWords toolbar plug in. Since I am looking at the computer screen a lot, my eyes get very tired. Now, all I have to do is highlight and click. The words are read right to me. It is amazing! Good luck ReadTheWords team.
