For IE6/IE7 users who are unable to see the Flash Player or hearing the audio file as squeaks

First make sure you have the latest Flash shockwave plugin for IE. It has to be Flash9e.ocx or later. We have made available this plugin for you. Please download this zip file and unzip it. Right click on the file swflash.inf and click on 'Install'. Restart IE.

IE has put restrictions on Flash players embedded in websites - by default it does not allow the Flash player to load and play. To overcome this restriction, please do the following steps:

• Open IE
• On the topmenu of the browser go to Tools->Internet Options and click on Security Tab
• Click on the icon for 'Trusted sites' and then click on the 'Sites' button


• Type http://www.readthewords.com in the textbox and click on 'Add'


• Close all the dialog boxes and restart IE

After following these steps, IE should be able to run the Flash player in the website.
